Received a Damaged Item?

We recommend checking your shipment as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issues with the packaging—such as dents, tears, or other signs of mishandling—be sure to note it on the delivery receipt before accepting the order. If you’re unable to open the package at that time but believe something may be wrong, please mark the receipt with “suspected damage.”

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, simply email clear photos of the issue to support@schoolyardathletics.com. Once received, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
