Return and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days with a 5:00 PM EST cut-off. Standard delivery
is 3–5 business days. Carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight providers FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, and XPO Logistics.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached. Customers pay return
shipping and a 20% restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not shipped or entered freight processing.

Terms of Service
Products include bleachers, scoreboards, basketball hoops, and golf simulators. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are
processed securely through Shopify Payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Apple Pay. School Yard Athletics is not
liable for indirect or consequential damages. Governing law: Delaware.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged or lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include order details and photos when applicable.

Additional Policies
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 1 year. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers. Customers will be
notified within 48 hours if items are backordered.
